A seven day Kefalonia yoga retreat introducing the basics tenets of yoga asana (postures) , philosophy and meditation. It is ideal for beginners or those wishing to revisit the foundations of their practice.
We will start the day with early morning pranayama (breathing based techniques) followed by asana practice and guided meditation. Students will then have free time to enjoy walks in the countryside and local beaches, participating in local workshops or even exploring the island further afield.
We will close the day with an early evening class before dinner covering yoga theory and philosophy as well as a shorter asana practice and finally guided meditation.
