And it’s what inspires our week together – with offerings of twice-daily yoga, meditation and journalling, there is the opportunity to really explore your relationship to the practice and with your self. But there’s also the option to make this holiday whatever you need it to be – with excursions to olive farms and boat trips around the island, time to rest and read by the pool, multiple different hikes to explore.
