An all women’s yoga retreat, GAIA is a unique offering to deepen into the yoga practice and into self.

THE WHERE: The wonderful Vericoco Retreat, on the Ionian island of Kefalonia – home to the most incredible beaches, the mythic Mount. Ainos and sweet fishing villages such as Fiskardo, Ammos and Argostoli,

THE WHY: The Ancient Greek’s Gaia, or as we may know her today, Mother Earth, is the personification of life itself. Inspired by this root of being, the GAIA retreat will offer the space to ground deeply into the roots of Self. With twice daily asana, meditation, journalling, sangha and sharing circles, this retreat offers a significant opportunity to explore the yoga practice within all its forms, as well as rest deeply, nourish body with delicious food cooked by our in-house chef, and come together in a nurturing community of like-minded souls.
