Tracey Toomey McQuade is a writer and yogi who splits her time between NYC and Amagansett. A devoted practitioner of all-things-yoga, Tracey loves chanting to Radha and Krishna and going upside down — especially at the beach! She is passionate about exploring freedom of movement while still honoring the brilliant, inherent architecture of the human form.
